Is There A Sports Story Physical Release?
Sports Story is the latest sports-related RPG from Sidebar Games, following on from their much-loved Golf Story. We know it had a surprise release on the Nintendo eShop, but will you be able to pick up a Sports Story physical release to add to that collection? Find out below.
Can I Buy A Sports Story Physical Release?
Sadly, at this moment in time, there is no Sports Story physical release, nor has no announcement been made to suggest there is one in the works. If their previous release, Golf Story, is anything to go by we could be looking at a Limited Run Games physical release in the future.
If this is to be the case then collector’s need to act fast as they don’t stay in stock very long, sticking by their Limited Run name. Only time will tell, though.
What is the Gameplay of Sports Story Like?
Sports Story plays extremely similar to its predecessor, Golf Story, only this time golf isn’t the only sport you can partake in. Of course, golf is still very much a vital part in the game, but players will also be able to play Volleyball, Tennis, Fishing, Cricket and many more.
Raise up the ranks and become the best sportsperson you can be – you can even start your own football – ahem – soccer team.
There are a few slight differences in Sports Story though as you will be able to travel by train, helicopter and houseboat to make your way to numerous dungeons, abandoned ruins and the Wildlands giving this sports game much more of an RPG feel.
