How to get the Orange Token in Sports Story
With the surprise release of Sports Story on the Nintendo Switch, many are gearing up to take on the latest sports-related RPG from Sidebar Games. If you’re one of these people, and you’re having trouble locating the orange token in the game (like us and many others), then look no further, as we will tell you exactly how to get it.
How to get the Orange Token in Sports Story
Upon starting Sports Story, it doesn’t offer much up in the way of direction. It’s pretty much a ‘figure it out yourself’ situation. But don’t worry; we’re here to make it a little easier for you. Finding the orange token is simple when you know where to go.
To get the orange token in Sports Story, you must first possess a golf club. If you’ve tried pulling out the one in the sand nearby, and got nowhere, don’t worry. It’s not ready yet. You can purchase the Sandy Wedge club at the Beach Sandys stand for $5.00.
Now that you have your club, head to the pier north of Beach Sandys and speak to the lady standing there with a blue hat. She will give you a punchcard that will require you to pass 3 challenges to complete. Her challenge is to hit the target 3 times while using a Skimmer ball. It’s pretty simple.
Once you have completed that challenge, a lifeguard standing in a dingy nearby will call you over for a ‘real challenge’. She will require you to collect a tray from Beach Sandys and bring it back to her, whilst avoiding the seagulls that are swamping the area. Hold B to run, and you will easily pass through within the time limit.
When completed, the lifeguard will give you an orange token which you can trade in for an orange at the lifeguards station next to the club that’s stuck in the sand. This token can then be taken to the Juice Bar in the water at the north of the beach to turn it into orange juice to take back to coach to complete the mission.
